The release of Smurf The God's "The Last Laff" has resurrected the state of Florida Hip Hop. His savage punchlines, crude flows and songwriting skill paint audio pictures that of a cross between The Notorious B.I.G., Big Pun and Drake.
The Last Laff is full of melodic Hip Hop beats closely chosen along with a few west coast influenced records. Withholding content ranging from the struggles of what is to "make it" and the obstacles life presents on its way. It has definitely been birthed cousins to today's "Forest Hills Drive", "How To Pimp A Butterfly" and "If You're Reading This, It's Too Late". With help from legendary DJ Rell and La Cosca Music Group Smurf has been able to release his debut LP as a Mixtape classic.
